Why was my account suspended?

There are three reasons why an account may be suspended:

  • Serious violations of InverseHost terms and policies

  • Non-payment of InverseHost hosting fees (often resolved by updating your credit card or debit card information)

  •  Account usages overages.(This type of problem may occour in case of excessive use of system resources)

If your account is suspended, we’ll send a notification to your messages by email. The notification includes the reason for your account suspension and the steps you can take to resolve the suspension.
